DMCA Policy

Chez Panisse Eggplant Caramelized Onion respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. Filing a Counter-Notification

If you believe that the material you posted on Chez Panisse Eggplant Caramelized Onion was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification pursuant to sections 512(g)(2) and (3) of the DMCA. Your counter-notification must be in writing and contain substantially the following information (please consult your legal counsel or see 17 U.S.C. Section 512(g)(3) to confirm these requirements):

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the material in question after 10-14 business days, unless the original complaining party files an action seeking a court order to restrain the subscriber from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on our system.
